Holy cow im melting (nice visual image lol) Thankfully we escaped the heat this weekend and went with some friends to the Manti pageant. We had an amazing time. It was so hot even i went into the pool,though i wasnt brave enough to try the waterslide :) It was COLD at night which is really weird since its always hot here.. its 90* and its 10 at night. We were fighting the other thousands of cars trying to find a parking spot when a little old lady flagged us down. She told us we were welcome to park in her driveway.. what a nice thing to do! Her and her husband work in the Manti temple and had lived in their cute little house for 45 yrs!
We barely got home and we are packing up Michaela for girls camp,last week Ryan and the boys were at Thunder ridge and the week before that the kids were at Zions ponderose ranch for youth conference. July doesnt look like its gonna be any slower.I sure missed my boys when they were gone,the house was so quiet without lots of teenagers around.
Work on the house continues,lots of painting and decorating. We got some flagstones from our neighbor and we are making an English pathway around the yard. Tomorrow the boys are going to make a white picket fence to go around Michaela's clubhouse-cant wait to see it!
