Ok so technically its not but its time to start decorating which makes me sooooo happy! Despite the fact that im not even American i do celebrate thanksgiving-any excuse to eat pumpkin pie :)
Then,after that no one whines about my christmas obsession lol.Since the kids are getting older only Michaela is as excited as i am,by the time she grows out of christmas im hoping to have grandkids! What do people do that dont have kids to blame their christmas addiction on? :)
So,since dh and the scouts are going camping AGAIN we are going to dig out the christmas stuff so that its all ready for when they get home(thus cutting down on the whining lol)
Even better than christmas is new yrs eve!,we always have a party but this yr we are going to a Titanic murder mystery at our neighbors across the back fence,all the kids will be hanging out at our house and closer to midnight we will all get together for first footing and ring in the new yr together. This has been a rather miserable year and 2010 can only be better! I love new beginnings and can hardly wait.
Now if i ever get my oven fix i can start our christmas baking,i mean,thanksgiving.....
