Sleep,who needs it?

I do. Within the last year ive developed a slight case of insomnia. At night my mind decides to worry about everything... heck i worry about worrying lol.

Relaxing is not something that comes easily for me but this week i was a wild woman! Janet and i went to dinner and bargain shopping wednesday night and thursday night i played Bunco with a whole bunch of really fun, really competitive ladies.. what a blast.Since this month has been stressful for our whole family,it was nice to take a break.

One good thing about not sleeping is being able to scrapbook in peace! The other benefit is a rare chance to have some alone time with Stevers who also couldnt sleep cos he has a cough again..Even though we both should have been asleep,it was so fun to just sit and talk.. what a cool, funny adorable kid he is.Hes finally asleep.. at least for 2 hours til drivers ed :(   I figure ill take a nap after Michaelas performance tomorrow.. today.. whatever.
Shes performing at the jubilee of trees and it will be her first performance since she returned to dance.I was hoping she would get into sports or music or underwater basketweaving..anything but dance lol. Ive done the whole dance competition thing with Jenny for years and im not a big fan of being around stage moms.
Dang this whole free agency thing! lol. So not only is she back to dance classes shes loving it and cant wait for competition season-oh joy.
Im still putting out christmas stuff,i love this time of year, everyone seems to make more of an effort to be kinder. Not to mention how fun it is listening to the older kids talk to the younger ones about Santa-so cute.
So i made it through the month from heck and im glad its almost a brand new yr.
Despite the fact that im not American, and that pesky holidays gets in the way of my Christmas plans i am thankful for so many things. Here is my top 10 in no real order(its 4:30 am for hecks sake lol)
