Awards, recitals, and graduation

May is the busiest month and every yr i vow to be more prepared. It was a nice thought uh? *sigh* Between dance recitals, violin recitals, band concerts and Adams graduation i cant keep up! I finally made it over to pick up Adams cap and gown etc on friday. Since i was on my lunch hour i had to take the stuff back to work. As i looked at the 2010 blue gold and green tassel i was amazed at how fast time as gone. It seems only last week that i held him for the first time and now he towers over me at 6ft something. He won the state FBLA competition and will be going to the national competition in Nashville next month. He won the Warrior Eagle award at school that he gets to wear at graduation.
Michaela and i went to a cute little store today and she found a cute sign that says "My greatest blessings call me mom" i couldnt have put it better.

    In the middle of all this an opportunity came up to buy a house in our neighborhood. Its a cute house that needs a lot of work but im so excited to have something that is ours and i can finally decorate the way i want. So far ive bought 5 shades of paint for the kids rooms and 6 gallons of bright white for the basement walls.Thankfully we have a very nice neighbor who is coming to help us.
