Why is there peanut butter on the ceiling?

I'll tell you why... its cos its summer and the house is full of teenagers who consume mass quantities of food and my only theory is that in their race to get the pbj first two testosterone riddled teens squished the jar to hard........or they had  a food fight while mom was at work and didnt clean that part off.. *sigh*



Its midsummer and we have no food left,the house is trashed,my carefully crafted chore chart has layers of dust on it,the book list i suggested for them is somewhere buried under 2 tons of fast food wrappers,and my mother of the yr award has been recalled.


BUT... this week Steve gets to go spend time with his grandparents (dont worry i took pity and let his other brain cell go too) Adam flies to Nashville for the national FBLA finals,im only working two days a week now so ill only have two kids left to play with :)


Claire is following her big brothers lead and doesnt get up til the crack of noon. Could it be they think they should stay up all night? Now i realize im ancient and that going to be bed 'late' means i missed the first five mins of the news,but im going to have to enforce a curfew (shock**horror**)

Ok, its way past my bedtime and i cant find the geritol and the new depends i bought.....
